Would a real person on the line have helped?

Right now The Scam Hotline is guides and tools. We are not making calls yet, so please don’t wait on one. If enough people tell us a real person would help, we’ll build it, and the people on this list hear first. No one will ever ask for your passwords or account numbers.

We may call a few people to ask what would help. Most people will not get a call.

If money was sent or a bank login was shared and you haven’t called the bank yet, do that first. It can’t wait. Back to your plan.
