Products are delivered digitally — no physical items are shipped.

When you purchase one of our products, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own personal, non-commercial use (including within your immediate family for the family-oriented materials). You may not:

• Copy substantial portions of the materials into other products, courses, or websites;
• Remove copyright or other proprietary notices;

• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

5. Live Group Q&A Calls (Family Wealth Shield)

The Family Wealth Shield includes access to monthly live group Q&A calls, hosted via Zoom, for 12 months from your date of purchase. For these sessions, you agree to the following conduct rules:

• Be respectful of the hosts and other participants; harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior is not permitted.
• Do not record, screenshot, or redistribute sessions or other participants' personal stories without permission.
• Do not share other participants' personal or financial information outside the session.
• Do not use sessions to solicit, pitch, or promote products or services.
• Anything discussed on a call is educational information, not individualized professional advice (see Section 2).

We may remove any participant who violates these rules from a session or, for repeated or serious violations, from future sessions. Call schedules may occasionally change; we will provide reasonable notice and make-up availability where practical.

You agree not to misuse our website — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping content, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
