We want you to buy with confidence. Here is exactly how our guarantees work for each product, in plain language. All guarantees run for 14 days from your date of purchase.
Our Guarantees by Product
The Parent Protection Playbook ($39) and FOOLED ebook
14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to explain why, and you keep the materials.
The First 72 Hours ($39) and Scam Recovery First Aid Kit ($99)
14-day satisfaction guarantee. Use it for 14 days. If it did not give you a clear, calm plan, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. You keep everything.
The Full Response ($299, or $199 for Kit owners)
The written-plan guarantee. If, at the end of the guided hour, you don't have a written order of calls and the words to make them, tell us and we'll refund the guided response in full. The First Aid Kit included with it stays yours. Refund requests for a session that was booked but not attended are handled case by case — email us and we'll work it out.
How to Request a Refund
- Email info@TheScamHotline.com within 14 days of your purchase date.
- Include the name and email address you used at checkout, and the product you purchased.
That's it. We may ask a follow-up question or two, but we won't make you jump through hoops.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we confirm it — the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
A Note About Chargebacks
If something went wrong with your order, please contact us first at info@TheScamHotline.com before disputing the charge with your bank or card company. We answer refund requests quickly and honor our guarantees — a quick email is almost always faster than a chargeback, which can take your bank weeks or months to resolve.
