We want you to buy with confidence. Here is exactly how our guarantees work for each product, in plain language. All guarantees run for 14 days from your date of purchase.
Our Guarantees by Product
The Parent Protection Playbook ($39) and FOOLED ebook
14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to explain why, and you keep the materials.
Scam Damage Control ($97) and Family Wealth Shield ($147)
14-day completion-oriented guarantee. These are action plans, so the guarantee is built around doing the work: complete the plan as directed, and if your Protection Score isn't at least 8 out of 10, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. You keep the materials.
For the Family Wealth Shield, a refund ends your access to future live group Q&A calls, but you keep the downloadable materials you received.
How to Request a Refund
- Email info@TheScamHotline.com within 14 days of your purchase date.
- Include the name and email address you used at checkout, and the product you purchased.
- For the Damage Control or Shield, tell us your Protection Score after completing the plan (this helps us honor the completion guarantee and improve the product).
That's it. We may ask a follow-up question or two, but we won't make you jump through hoops.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we confirm it — the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
A Note About Chargebacks
If something went wrong with your order, please contact us first at info@TheScamHotline.com before disputing the charge with your bank or card company. We answer refund requests quickly and honor our guarantees — a quick email is almost always faster than a chargeback, which can take your bank weeks or months to resolve.
